Gotta be in our top 3 favorite books of all time. Definitely no one will be disappointed with this one. Lodown is a hard to find hip-hop/skate/snowboard/bmx magazine that's been around for a while but never pops up. Our friend Neal hooked us up with 10 issues that he got from when he met the guys that put it out. This is a "best of" book edited by the writers. This has some of the best design, photography, and content around. Layouts on 1) designers/artists: Giant (BLK MRKT), Dave Kinsey (BLK MRKT), Jose Gomez, Haze (dope logo check), Futura (of Mo Wax/Project Dragon fame), Andy Howell, Phil Frost, Evan Hecox (Chocolate). 2) musicians: Jeru, Mobb Deep, KRS-one, WuTang, early Jay-Z, BIG, DJ Shadow, DJ Krush and more. 3) so many quality skate/snow/bmx flicks.
