180g virgin vinyl pressing! Exact repro of the one and only album from this Glasgow quartet, originally released on Sire in '78. Can't Stand The Rezillos has withstood the test of time (well, 30 years at least) to become a favorite from the original punk/new wave era, no doubt helped along by its pair of fierce(ly tongue-in-cheek) 60s Brit pop covers: Dave Clarke 5's "Glad All Over(1)" and Gerry & The Pacemakers' "I Like It(2)." Mix in the silly hyperactive vibes of tracks like "Flying Saucer Attack(3)," "(My Baby Does) Good Sculptures(4)" and "Somebody's Gonna Get Their Head Kicked In Tonight(5)" and this one's a no brainer. On a personal note, this makes excellent listening for spring cleaning. 13 tracks total. Recommended.
