Keeping with the Italian theme, the rest of the issue focuses on the works of contemporary Italian writers, photographers and artists such as Stefano Monfeli, Alessandrro Di Giampietro, Franceso D'lsa, Lorenzo Petrantoni, Carlucci Bencivenga, Francesco Castellani, Marco Klefisch and Tony Abrasco. New Arkitip. Never can hate on this mag. They have some great articles and interviews with some of art's most prolific characters. This issue, NYC photoman Ricky Powell casually takes the stage to share some personal stories and favorite pics of his...

Los Angeles sneaker institution Undefeated takes the cover and main spread this time, with all design coming from one of our favorites, Brent Rollins. Don't worry though- it's more of an homage to sports and the physical space of their retail location...

Let me get this out of the way in the beginning: I don't know Tony Arcabascio (one of the guys from Alife) or what his deal is, but the guy comes off like the biggest badass in history with the "how to"...
expand review guides he wrote for Arkitip magazine. The book is a collection of all those articles, boasting titles like "Make A Slim Jim" (the kind you break into cars with), "Avoid Assault Charges," "Torch A Car," "Turn A Man Into A Boy," "Make The Girls Love You," "Turn $1 Into $20," etc. All of this is written in first person with plenty of stories, snide "I am cooler than any motherfucker and here's the proof" attitude, and a general manly manness. In conjunction with the legendary Alife "you suck, we rule" stance, you could easily let this piss you off and just dismiss this book as the works of some self righteous jackoff. But the fact of the matter is this shit is grand entertainment and kinda inspirational. True or not. It's well written, and I have to admit that I'm really pumped up to get out there after reading a couple of these. 64 pages, 13 articles, comes in a neat heavy matte slipcase. -the mgmnt
