Have you ever made a shitty movie or skate video with your friends? It's low budget and the acting or skating sucks balls, but you have so much fun and you even get to score it with your favorite music, Scorsese style. Basically this video is the best ever "bros just fucking around" video. It's got all the elements: bad filming, bad skating, credits that are longer than the video, and on and on. Threre is one crucial difference. Some of the skating in this is totally mind blowing. If you've been out of skating for a while, this is a must see. PJ Ladd's part is like skate gold. It's that raw shit you dream about, just some kid that's totally ill going for it with so much style. Ladd's done bigger and better tricks recently but nothing that has this kind of energy. If you're getting old and fat like me, this will make you cry for the days of just hanging out and skating, not worrying about bills, taxes and all that shit. I really can't stress how this video captures everything that's good about being young and skating and having fun. With parts from at-the-time soon-to-be pros PJ Ladd, Ryan Gallant and Jeremy Rodgers and stylish additional parts from their Boston crew, the skating is top notch, the music is great and Ladd hits with one of the best music choices for a part ever. I don't know, I just can't say enough how many times I've watched this and been totally entertained. When it came out it was in my DVD player for like 6 months and is still in constant rotation. A must own skate video, one of the best of the 00 decade.
