I really don't think Larry Heard (aka Mr. Fingers) needs any kind of introduction. The man is a living house music legend/visionary and is responsible for producing some of the genre's most influential and enduring tracks ("Can You Feel It", "Mystery Of Love", "I'm Strong", and countless others). This particular Jack Trax double 12" features some well known cuts from Heard as a few harder to find tracks. Check the soundscapes - the sweet, euphoric mood of "Black Oceans(1)," "Children At Play(2)," and the sought-after "Just Another Lonely Day(3)," to the more intense jack of "Distant Planet(4)" with legendary house vocalist Robert Owens. Heard is a master of house music. (Note: Side D and side C have swapped labels.)
