Keen Lab followers might remember Pollyn's Songs For Sale EP from several years back. This homegrown piece of HGSOB paired the vocals of Genevieve Artadi and the beats of Sample208 (aka Stussy's Adam Weissman). They've been busy in studio over the last couple years, and the result is this super-polished album. Rather than the sample-based style we first heard from Pollyn, this album sounds like it was built from original instrumentation (a bunch of synth work). Excellent listening album, 11 tracks in all.
