The first volume of the 'Exit Music' EP series, which features various artists covering Radiohead tracks. The much-talked-about Mark Ronson version of Radiohead's "Just(1)" is on here, so you can go ahead and drag that shitty 96kbps MP3 right over to the trash. Ronson kills it, replacing the blistering guitars of the original with funky horn stabs, tambourines and drum breaks. Phantom Planet's Alex Greenwald does a spot-on Thom Yorke impression on the re-recorded vocals, and the whole thing comes together a hundred times better than you'd ever think possible. SA-RA contribute a loose interpretation of the atmospheric "In Limbo(2)," while the Randy Watson Experience toss in a lounge-style version of "Morning Bell(3)." Essential for all the Radiohead fans, and even some who aren't.
