Mister Cee is already known for making the greatest Biggie street tape of all time (Best of Notorious BIG), so it's only fitting that he expands upon that release with the double disc 10 year anniversary edition. This thing is freaking intense, packing 71 (yes, 71) Biggie rarities, cameos, freestyles, etc. And it's all presented in a masterful NYC-style quick mix (direct and to the point, no time for shorts). If you're lucky enough to catch an authentic nyc quick mix set, it's a pretty badass sight to see. I actually saw Mister Cee do one at an Ego Trip party years back, and while the chicken heads were complaining (let the song play out), every DJ in the room was sitting there stunned (Stretch also has sick quick-mix skills). Anyway, recommended.
