What's this? Whenever these Kitsune singles start rolling in, you know that there's a compilation in the process. Call it an appetizer, if you will. Good choice too, Thieves Like Us has a little of everything for the hip purveyor. Check the tracks: "Drugs In My Body(1)" starts off with a an ill guitar sample, reminiscent of an early Thomas Bangalter(1/2 of Daft Punk) and the vocals will perk the ear of Hot Chip fans. Really can't go wrong there. "Fass(2)" switches it up bringing almost a Devo-like quality, which I can't hate on. Not too many people are hitting that vibe right now and adding a little craziness to your track always gets kudos. Don't know about the name though, they must have never heard the dancehall dudes say,"Fosse ".
