This is some serious winter gear, designed to keep you dry and warm on the days that are wettest and coldest. It's loaded with pockets (four on the front, two inside), and also includes a special music player pocket with a hole for the your headphone cord. Polyester thermal wadding, stuffed in between the nylon lining and nylon shell, wukk keep you pleny toasty. The front fastens via zipper or heavy duty buttons, and the hood has elastic pull-ties so you can tighten that thing up when the blizzard of 09 gets here.

While you usually find the laptop pocket on the back of the back (closest to your back when you wear it), on the Shadow Gravis decided to put it in the front compartment for easier access. B-side wins again! Recon gettin' major on their embroideries. Super comfortable that appears conservative on the front, but holds a monster embroidery of Recon's badass eagle crest logo on the flip(Check the detail).
