Lab Overview

Trojan Records celebrates their 2015 label relaunch with a new compilation series showcasing their best tracks. The series is broken down into specific Jamaican music styles, this one focusing on the original Ska sound. This was Jamaica's national sound through the first half of the 60's before giving way to Rock Steady, Reggae and Dub. Here are some of the biggest hits from the Ska era by The Skatalites, Desmond Dekker & The Aces, Alton Ellis, The Zodiacs and more. 12 tracks in all.
