the patented lab review lab informed suggestions
No brainer reworks here. South City give the DJs what they need for that early warm-up set. They take some established classics from Curtis, Joe Quartermain, Average White Band, and Peter Brown and give them club friendly treatments. The Curtis rework reminds me of a Shoes edit in a positive way with dubbed out effects and gentle loops. The Joe Quartermain classic "I Got So Much Trouble On My Mind" has been begging for a re-edit for a while now.
