DJ Angola, brooklyn-based purveyor of worldwide beats and Lab store customer, drops his first Wonderwheel single to Bogman acclaim. "Bailalo" features the latin vocals of Ico Manzanero (lead singer of the Larry Harlow Orchestra) and the funky flute of Neil Sugarman (Daptone). The sound here is very Turntables on the Hudson, worldly influences are strong over dance-able beats. Flip features a remix by Quantic(, who snaps up the percussion, and adds some trickling guitars... another Quantic gut shot. An excellent pairing.
