Had to consult the Mr Fresh bible on this one (our trusty spiral-bound promo version, bien sur, suckas and japanese), and of course there is both a label scan and a "highly sought-afte" tagline. What else makes these things happen these days? Checking the a-side, "Jeckyl & Hyde Dance," caused serious head scratching (um, rap over doowop goes for $400?), but it only took one note of "Doing The Do(2)" to understand what all the fuss is about. Replayed "Nautilus"; bassline sounding full as hell, well-timed horn section and such, quality bongo breakdown, hokey amateur sung chorus; basically everything you hope for in one of these early 80s disco mix joints.
