the lab review

Fiyah! 77Klash (pronounced two seven clash) is the man responsible for the huge riddim on Turbulence's "Notorious" and is finally back with more grimey bass-infused dancehall action. You should know the massive "Brooklyn Anthem" by now (we sold out of the vinyl with the quickness and the track recently got snatched for Madden '08), but 77Klash kills it yet again on "Mad Again" with a pulsing bass line and pounding drums that explode into the catchy as hell hook. Check "Code For The Streets" with its cool rock tempo that's unique to a lot of dancehall out there. "Yes Shotta" is one for the shottas out there, with the riddim mainly comprised of gun sounds and tons of gun talk, while "Fight" features a more introspective/mellow sound kit, but still wicked nonetheless.
