OVERVIEW
M-Audio has taken their most popular DJ product, the X-Session controller, and made it even more DJ friendly with this new Pro version. The main advancement here is that this controller is laid out like a standard DJ mixer and features DJ-friendly faders, knobs, and buttons. The X-Session Pro connects to your computer via USB, and allows you to control such applications as Ableton Live, Traktor, or any other software that supports MIDI Learn.
FEATURES
In conjunction with your program of choice, the X-Session's crossfader, up-faders, buttons, and knobs, can be set-up this controller to act like a standard mixer. This gives you the all important tactile control while DJing with programs such as Ableton and Traktor. In addition, the X-Session has so many controller options, you can easily assign your digital features (cue points, effects) to the other remaining controllers.
The X-Session is highly portable, weighing only 2 lbs and measuring considerably smaller than a traditional mixer.
