points from the management

1) Turntable Lab Digital is not a separate service, it will remain fully integrated with the current site. We will also keep our commitment to physical goods: there will be no drop off in bringing you the latest equipment, vinyl, cds, clothing, and books.

2) Yes, you can buy both physical and digital items in one checkout! We have also streamlined the cart for one page digital-only checkouts.

3) We will apply the same discretion for our digital music as we do our physical goods. Expect the finest music in terms of selection, quality, and rarity. We will also continue to "dig" for the best underground releases. We welcome submissions at digital-submissions///at///turntablelab.com.

4) Since day one, Turntable Lab has always catered to the DJs, that is why we forego lower-quality, low bitrate mp3s. TTL Digital will only offer 320 mp3s and full wav files. Please note that pricing on wav files is considerably higher because of bandwidth costs.

I want to purchase a physical item (ie. vinyl record, turntable, shirt) and
a mp3, do i have to make 2 separate orders?

NO. Our cart and checkout will allow you to make this purchase in a single order.

Do the files have DRM?

NO. Our files are compatible with any computer, MP3 player, or other digital music player.

What file formats does TTL Digital offer?
TTL Digital offers high quality 320 kbps bit rate MP3s and full, uncompressed WAV files. These files are purposely larger for better fidelity and DJ use.

Why are WAV files more expensive?
WAV files are uncompressed files, digitized directly from master copies. They are also much larger files (approximately 3-4 times larger than a our 320 MP3 file), so we add a surcharge for the bandwidth.

What if i have problems downloading my digital files during checkout?
In your email confirmation, you will be sent a link to download your files. Please try again by following the link. You may also download via your order history under the my accounts tab.

Who do I contact for general questions about TTL Digital?
Please do not call the office. The office is for mail-order inquiries only. Send an email to ttldigital-service@turntablelab.com. Someone will get back to as soon as possible.

How can i submit music to be sold on TTL Digital?
email digital-submissions@turntablelab.com

Can I make a return on a digital file?
