Roctakon has an interesting life... flying several times a week all over the world to dj money gigs for the button-down and ho-fit masses, but inside he's a throwback DJ from DC who loves disco and classic house. The two worlds collide here (and I don't mean mash-ups, more on a theoretical level). It's a straight disco-house-techno mix, but he mixes the compositions like he would one of his expertly crafted club-sets (seriously, he may be the best big club dj in the world). Getting high praise from the DJ world, this is refreshing release that is a direct opposite of the short-attention mixes coming out today.
