OVERVIEW
The Novation Remote SL series is definitely one of the top MIDI controller lines available. Not only does it feature deluxe controls and Novation quality, it introduces an incredibly useful feature into the MIDI controller market. The Remote SL series features large LCD backlit displays that show both controller assignments AND values at the same time (ie. which drum hit is assigned to this button and its velocity). Use the pre-loaded templates or create your own, and take away the headache of setting up and using your controller. No more overlays, templates, or tape scrawlings needed! In addition, the Remote SL also features a powerful, revolutionary Automap feature that goes beyond templates, and fully integrates your controller to the program.

FEATURES
The Novation Remote 25SL features 25 semi-weighted keys with aftertouch for realistic play. There's more controllers than you will ever need with an assortment of knobs, sliders, buttons, a X-Y joystick, and a touch sensitive pad. In addition, for the first time, this Novation controller features velocity-sensitive drum-pad controllers for programming drums.

In addition to the 32 preset templates, the Remote SL Series includes a Template Editor program to create your own custom templates. The Automap feature currently works with Reason and Cubase (Logic and Ableton templates are on the way), check www.novationmusic.com for updates.

Like the Remote LE series, the SL series is fully portable with USB-power, plug power (not included), or battery power (takes six C-size batteries). In addition, if you use rechargeable batteries, the USB-power recharges them when plugged in.
