Lab Overview

The second and best-selling album from Richmond, Virginia heavy metal terrorizers GWAR. Thrashing begins without delay, and from the opening number “The Salaminizer” to “Cool Place To Park,” the 13-tacker is an exhilarating shock-metal journey of over-the-top violence, sexual perversion, and political satire. GWAR must be experienced live as no recording can replicate the grotesque costumes and spewing liquids (usually red in color) the band’s shows are characterized by, but until you get a chance to, check out “Maggots,” “Slaughterama,” “Love Surgery,” and “Sexecutioner.” Special edition gatefold sleeve with pop-out art, released by Metal Blade Records on limited-edition (3000 copies worldwide) double vinyl.
