The Neptunes had the game on lock, and Clones is Chad and Pharrell’s debut studio album featuring many of the artists they made hip-hop/pop history with. The duo connects with Jay-Z for “Frontin,” and Busta Rhymes goes in on the banger “Light Your Ass on Fire.” “Hot Damn” is certified with Clipse and fellow Re-Up Gang cohort Ab-Liva on the mic, and the Virginia Beach heroes even thrown in some rock flavor on tracks like “Half-Steering.” This is a 180g marbled blue vinyl reissue courtesy of Music on Vinyl.
