Let me make this brief: if you haven't seen The Warriors and you're into cult cheese that's really good then you need to check this at the first opportunity. It's funny, stylish as hell (your girl will love the outfits), a great New York time piece (filmed in the dirty 79) and an absolute cult classic. For those already familiar, this "Ultimate Director's Cut" offers an opportunity to own your favorite flick with bonus features and a couple added attractions. The major difference is that the film includes comic book-style illustrated segues inbetween most of the big scenes, an addition that has predictably been met with both love and hate. Other bonus features include an interview with director Walter Hill and four short documentaries with those involved in the film.
