Another spoiler comp from the DFA camp! Chapter Two of the DFA saga compiles five remixes from the boys, most of which are now hard (or impossible) to come by on wax, not to mention two are unreleased instrumentals. (If five tracks sounds slim, take into account the fact that a lot of DFA remixes are 10+ minutes.) Personal favs here include the dubbed out, bouncy version of Junior Senior's "Shake Your Coconuts(1)," and their hard-as-shit twerking of the Tiga/Soulwax collab, "Far From Home Instrumental(2)." But anyone familiar with DFA (aka EVERYONE) knows that they're rarely off-point with their remixes, and the rest of this shit pretty much bangs as well. Other remixes to check: Chromeo's "Destination Overdrive(3)" and UNKLE's "In A State(4)."
