I could be wrong, but this release smells of the people that brought you Sitar Breaks. It's a compilation of (get this) Mexican funk, rock and psyche! And what a way to start it off with a cover "Give It Up Turn It Loose" by Rabbits & Carrots. This mysterious band also turns in a pretty comical version of "The Funky Chicken(2)" and the ridiculous heater "Pais Tropical(3)." For the funk-rock collectors, check the evil b-side opener "Buscando La Felicidad(4)" by Las Moskas. And last but not least, I present "Soul Sintonia(5)" by Jae's Soul. That's my pick of the set and an incredible instrumental accomplishment. Got them Mexican heat rocks...
