This dude... err, dog has been in the dance scene forever, remixing big names like The Knife, Mylo, Soulwax, The Prodigy and Depeche Mode with a sound that shines in an analog kinda way. "Italian Blond(1)" is a modern twist on the Italo sound with a hint of retro-game music and 80s theme songs. Minimal Man thinks it sounds like a less brooding, more uplifting Kavinsky - and I feel him on that. Flipside features more bleepy goodness with "Circulate(2)," which is a bit more epic than "Italian Blond" but still with the same cool retro sounding drum programming and synthwork. Chalk another one up for Kitsune.
