For being so respected in the new disco realm, they sure didn't want to draw any attention with this one. No track names, no artists, just mysteriously good disco and boogie strictly for my DJ's (Rezound researched the track names of Discogs!). Of both the sides, side A takes the cake for the pure proto-house flavor jumping off "Freak Me"(1), complete with warm basslines indigeneous to NY in the early 80's and the soulful dubbed out gay vocals. "Colors"(2) is a mean mix tool for those who love the boogie funk. The groove is sure to get all you Chromeo fans with the ill synth squiggles and when the break hits, it just don't stop. The second half of the track is a perc monsters that's a perfect setup for your next mix. "Dark And Long"(3) is a nice long, dark, miminal track for those slow burning sessions, while "Living Dead"(4) keeps it dark with a re-edit of SSQ's Trash's Theme. FIY, SSQ is Stacey Q early in her career when she was doing dark synth pop soundtracks for zombie movies. No Joke!
