Limited one-sider from DMZ's Loefah and debut release from Ringo records. "Yours(1)" is about as minimal a track I've ever heard from Loefah, but that doesn't mean the sound doesn't rock. With a bed of thick 808 drums, fine tuned hip-hop samples (horns and vocal chops from T La Rock's "It's Yours"), and subterranean bass hits dropped at the perfect moments, this track is guaranteed to shake up your insides and damage some speakers. Man, that half-time beat is just begging for some ill double time scratches to be laced on top! Flipside features a clean etching of the Ringo records dawg. RRRRuff!
