Ghostly has always done one thing exceptionally well, and its find these unknown, avantgaard pop bands that just ring an air of brilliance about them. Skeletons has had a few names over the years, but one thing is always true - they deliver some seriously great tunes for your ears. The first time a friend of mine played me "Y'all Thinks Its So Easy(1)," I wondered if I was listening to some Outkast b-side that never got play time. Boy, was I ever wrong! Moving onward in the album, I found fun-as-fuck clips like title track "Git(2)," a Radiohead-esque "While We Were At The Movies(3)," and an funk stomper in "You'da Been Better Off(4)." There's really no shortage of styles and eccentricies on this album, so its in your best interest to just trust me when I say "you won't hear anything like this for quite some time." Recommended.
