Not to be confused with Ian Carr's Nucleus, this is a heavyweight vinyl repress of the lone album from the same-named Canadian five-piece. Released in 1968, the album featured six tracks penned by vocalist/pianist/bass player Greg Fitzpatrick and showcased wide ranging influences from far out psychedelia and classic rock to r&b and free jazz. This is first and foremost a listening album (it's been hailed by such musician's musicians as Rush's Neil Peart and Steely Dan's Walter Becker) but those with an ear for gold will hear plenty of sampling/looping opportunity in these grooves.
