The debut release on Mark E's own Merc imprint. Seemingly the producer du jour, Mark E drops two keepers for your new disco sets. "Get Yourself Together(1)" harks back to early Environ records with a crisp drum machine beat, Larry Heard-style bass synths, and those 70s era space sound effects. "You(2)" has much more of a disco edit sound with purposely heavy looping and a super-interesting, semi-abrupt shift a little more than half into it. Unusual quality as usual, recommended.
