The goonies scattered in the wind when the Dame/Jigga fiasco went down: Jimmy ended up with Koch, Juelz is still at Def Jam, and Purple City, somewhat inexplicably, teamed up with Babygrande. But the bossman himself ended up with Asylum, and here's...   expand review  the first fruit of the signing. A promo single from the Killa Season album/film, "Do Your Thing" is Cam on his light radio grizzy, a little restrained but still, uh, doing his thing, and (kind of) responding to last year's incident: "I don't know why / muthafuckas wanna blow my high / Just see my nine / it's enough to make a grown man cry." Nicole Wray helps out on the hook and sounds nice as ever, "do yo thang"-ing with Cam while producer Black Key loops the synth and sends bongos tumbling down a stairwell. Mo' killin' killin' for Killa Killa indeed. Includes dirty, clean and instrumental. -Chris Lemon-Red
