1972 JB studio double album

The first of 3 James Brown studio double albums. The centerpiece of Good Foot is the title track(1). Half the song is one long breakdown. On a side note checkout J-Rocc's Sex Machine mix for unforgettable doubles mixing of this track. Also checkout Parts 3 and 4 of "My Part/Make It Funky(2)." Once you have graduated to post-puberty, you'll be sure to enjoy the range of mellow tracks on here from the smooth instrumental "Dirty Harri(3)" to the most convincing pussy cry "Please Please(4)." Also invoking James' power are the triumphant "Your Love Was Good for Me" and the political "The Whole World Needs Liberation." The rest of the album walks the line of mediocrity, especially the weak remake of "Coldsweat." Not one of JBs best but excellent for anybody else. Double vinyl gatefold.
