Every track on here is not only worth having on a label comp, but pretty damn outstanding. It's mostly filled with Mos Def / Talib related material... expand review (which stacks up to a nice chunk of change) but you also get harder to find / forgotten tracks like Styles P & Pharoah's "The Life(1)" and Big L's "Flamboyant(2)." Also includes Common, Hi-Tek and the High & Mighty. 15 unmixed tracks total. -the mgmnt

Need I say more?Just listen to "Dilla Is The G.O.A.T.(1)" and be prepared to press the add to cart. Imagine the suave space sounds of Dilla be flipped by master Spinna. It's hip hop, but wait - the... expand review instrumental is talking to me. Must be Spinna's insane knowledge of synths, retro production and 12" disco dubs.The result is just awesome. On the flip, "When Planets Collide(2)" continues to press the space envelope to it's furthest range. Sweet ass synths surround the pimpalicious bassline and beats. Get yours, 'cause I got mine. DJ Sega Rockstars vs. Clubheadz CD
format: CD lab price: $12.00 available: yes item #: cd-2620	The young gunna DJ Sega out of Philly has had folks' jaws dropping for a minute with his left field Bmore club tracks and a string of self-released mixtapes; now he's getting major cosigns from no less than four labels (Mad Decent,... expand review Counterfeet, Ol' Head, Flamin' Hotz) and is about to open a lot more eyes with his tracks on the new Hollertronix EP. But before that, we get this - an official mix CD (nice packaging and all, #2 in the 51:51 Mix Series) featuring remixes from Sega and Tim Dolla, plus Jersey's DJ Tameil and Bmore godfathers Rod Lee and KW Griff. The name pretty much says it all - the "Rockstars" side of the mix features 16 tracks of pure gouda rock (Nirvana, Genesis, Papa Roach, Supertramp, Bon Jovi) in the Bmore stylee, while the "Clubheadz" section has 12 less guilty pleasures (T-Pain, Busta, R.Kelly, Beyonce, 50 Cent, MJ).
