This isn't really a Paul Winley reissue (label actually says Paul Wittley), but rather a new homage. The previous volume of this new series was one of our bestselling funk records of last year. Whereas the original Winley records focused on foundational breaks, this series focuses on advanced, rare breaks with each track edited for maximum effect. Stellar selection again, 6 tracks in all, recommended.
