R E V I E W
This is the companion book to William Jones' documentary of the same name, featuring his striking (mostly B&W) photographs of young, Hispanic Morrissey fans. If you don't know about this phenomenon, Jones' essay in this book will fill you in, but suffice it to say these kids go all out: pompadours, cuffed jeans with big boots, Smiths tats, Moz posters covering every inch of their bedroom walls. Actually, "Morrissey fans" is almost an insult to these devotees - to them, "Morrissey" is very obviously a way of life. You'll see their homes, inside Moz conventions, Smiths cover band shows, etc., all stunningly and usually candidly captured by Jones' camera. Also includes a 15 page color section. 180 pages total. Classic material for any Smiths / Moz fan.
