Sega's definitely done a lot to put Philly on the map when it comes to the club music scene, and now he's releasing his sophomore mix CD to remind the club heads why he's such a big deal. This thing is 28 tracks, and every single one of them is an original Sega production. Damn. Considering the kid's age, this makes him something like the J.S. Bach of Club music! Sega runs the gamut from original compositions to hyper active remixes of popular hip-hop and R&B tracks, keeping the energy at 11 the whole time. 28 tracks in total, 78 minutes.
