Hoo! This is some hip hop history right here. Can't believe it's in a pic sleeve, too. This is the most heartfelt 40 Water song I've ever heard (it samples Bruce Hornsby!) and it hit mainstream charts out in the Bay. Every...   expand review  day after school, this video played on MTV and Rap City until I memorized all the lines. "Uh-wuh-uh wait a minute / I hear sirens / Mabye it's that couple in 306, domestic violence!" Too Real. Okay, seeing how E-40 is a giant in the Hyphy scene now, I guess some things do change, but the contents in this song have stayed solid forever. The "Rapper's Ball" remix(2) is on hit, too. This is an old Bay anthem (I know you gots to have this, Eleven) featuring the legendary Too Short and K-Ci (sans Jojo). "Record Haters(3)" is the true E-40 style we're all used to. The intro sets it off with a Rasheed Wallace impersonation, sayin' how he won't listen to E-40. Then it's 40's turn, rippin' him to shreds. "You got all the bread, n**** / Put up yo Benz!" Classic. -C'mish
