The first Jahtari CD compilation from 2007, around the time when the label started marking their presence with physical releases. This comp was definitely crucial in setting up the label's position as the vanguard of the current digi-dub scene. Disrupt sets the foundation here with two(1,2) of his patented digi-dubs. Ilyah & Ltd. Candy, who just released a full EP, are here with one of their earliest releases "Machines And Ghost(3)." The selections are rounded out by the wide network of Jahtari producers including tracks from Rootah(4), Pete Murder Tone(5), African Simba(6), Blaze Dem(7), John Frum(8), and others. 10 tracks in all, recommended.
