Lab Overview

Witness lo-fi boogie funk in it's rawest and truest form as Prophet channels his inner Prince on two stand out cuts from the grail-status LP, Right On Time. Worth it for the title track alone, a potent hit of over the top boogie bliss, but this 7" pressing also includes the addictive dance floor grooves of "Tonight" on the flipside. Anyone who's ever got down to a Dam Funk jam owes it to themselves to check out the real deal from '84. Essential listening for the funk freaks, on 45 for the first time. Recommended.
