Maryland's Turnstile is one of the most exciting bands to pay attention to in the hardcore scene. Its second full-length, Time & Space, is the group's first for Roadrunner Records (the winners of a pretty serious label bidding war), and the quintet brings hefty, intense, and youthful energy that's reminiscent of Rage Against The Machine, but with the instrumental stylings of a band like Snapcase. Bombastic riffs, dynamic drumming, unruly bass work, and of course, Brendan Yates's hard vocals come together under production from Will Yip (Diplo also contributes on "Right To Be"), and simply put, Time & Space will encourage intense mosh pits. Check out "Moon," "Real Thing," "Generator," and "I Don't Wanna Be Blind."
