Yet another groovy LP from mysterious musician Clutchy Hopkins. Clutchy's known for his beats, but the material here definitely ventures into jazz territory - the entire album features a nice laidback, cool vibe. Some tracks do contain whispers of hip hop influence, like "Laughing Jockey" or "Nina," but songs like "Drunk Socks" and "Giraffe Crack" sound like they were born in a late night jazz club jam sesh. In all, it's eleven tracks of excellent, mellow grooves that should satisfy beat heads and jazz fans alike.
