"Made as close to the exact specifications of Shure's defunct M44-7 as possible, the J44's perform as well, if not better than the originals. The nude diamond stylus is a big upgrade over the original M44-7 stylus (which were bonded diamond tipped). Nude diamonds offer better sound quality and are more forgiving. These are easily the best alternative to trying to track down deadstock M447's. Our staff now swears by them." - TTL
