Lab Overview

People are strange... when you're a strangerSpecial 50th anniversary pressing of The Doors classic sophomore album courtesy of the Record Store Day Vinyl Club! Strange Days was originally released in 1967, and introduced the world to several Doors classics including "People Are Strange," "Love Me Two Times," and of course the title cut "Strange Days" (notable for being one of the earliest uses of a Moog synth on a rock track). The moody and psychedelic aura of the Doors is in full effect throughout, and is punctuated with the surreal cover art, shot in Manhattan by photographer Joel Brodsky. This 2017 RSD Vinyl Club pressing comes pressed in the original stereo mix with remastered sound on blue and black psychedelic swirl colored vinyl.
