Lab Overview

Debut studio album from Houston's Khruangbin. The trio takes elements of 60s and 70s Thai funk, soul, psych, R&B, surf, and jazz and turns out a unique sound that's all their own. It's a groove heavy affair that will take you to another universe. The band lives up to their name, which literally translates to "engine fly," meaning airplane in Thai. And they're ready to take you on a funky journey half way around the world. Eleven tracks in all. Released by Night Time Stories Ltd. on white vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with a download code.
