How do I create an account?
Once you place an order you will receive an invitation to create an account. You cannot create an account without placing an order first.
Do you have a watchlist functionality?
For out of stock notifications, we've added a Stock Notification Request button on each product page. Fill in your email for each product and you'll receive (1) email when it comes back in stock. Also, you can use the Wanelo / Pinterest buttons on each page.
I want to submit a product / line to Turntable Lab, what should I do?
Please send finished product (no demos, prototypes, renderings, etc) with contact info and pricing to:

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day (M-F). Orders that are missing info (ie. billing address is wrong) and large money value orders may require extra-verification and will add to this processing time.
I ordered overnight shipping, can I expect my order the next day?
For overnight and 2nd day shipping please factor in processing time and the time of day you order when factoring your delivery date (ie. ordering late in the day). If you require true one day or two day service, please call us toll free 1-877-776-8207.
How long do the shipping methods take?
Standard Ground: 4-7 business days + processing time
Expedited: guaranteed delivery in 2 business days + processing time
Priority: Guaranteed delivery the next business day + processing time
Note: Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.
How does TTL ship its packages? Why is my package in an Amazon box?
For faster fulfillment time, more accurate order pulls and lower shipping costs, TTL uses Amazon Fulfillment (FBA) to ship our products. FBA ships from multiple warehouses in different locations. FBA uses a variety of shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will be notified of your shipping method when you receive your shipping notification email. Please note, you may receive multiple packages for the same order (ie. records in one package, clothing in another).
When do I receive my tracking number / how can I check order status?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Depending on the size of your order you may receive multiple emails with different tracking numbers. If you have an account you can login and check the status of your order.
Can I have my order shipped to an address that is different than my billing address?
Yes. But you MUST give us the correct billing address and the phone number your credit card company has listed on your account. This is for verification purposes. TTL does not ship any order without proper billing information.
Can I combine multiple orders?
NO - this causes delays, shipping errors, and credit card mischarges. Please make sure you have ordered everything you want before you complete your order.
Can I change my order or shipping address after it has been placed?
Usually, no. Depending on where your order is in our process we might be able to change your order. Call or email us to request a change. Many orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case our customer service representative will assist you with a Return Authorization Request.
Do you have everything I'm ordering in stock?
In general, yes. Although our inventory is "live" on the site, occasionally item stock levels will change because of multiple shoppers buying the same item.
Does Turntable Lab drop ship?
For some oversized and higher-value items, such as DJ equipment cases or specific audio equipment pieces, TTL occasionally will ship direct from the factory warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: items that are drop-shipped may incur extra-charges for expedited, priority, or international shipping.
