➼ Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Brooklyn Warehouse

• Day to day responsibilities will include answering phones, answering emails, processing orders & returns.
• Requirements: solid people skills, positive disposition, knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Must have knowledge of music and audio equipment.
• Must be punctual, detail oriented, and personable.
• Full-time in our Brooklyn office, NO REMOTE
