How do I earn rewards?
Earn 10 Lab Points for every $1 you spend excluding any shipping fees, taxes or purchases of gift cards. YOU MUST BE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AT CHECKOUT TO EARN POINTS (Your points are tied to your account).
Do I need a separate rewards account to earn points?
NO. TTL Rewards are connected to your standard Turntable Lab account. Don't have an account, create one here.
How do I access / redeem rewards?
Click the "TTL Rewards" widget on the bottom-right of our site (desktop version only). Once you've logged in, you'll be able to view and redeem your rewards via one-time use codes (multiple codes can not be combined).
What can I get with Lab Points?

WHERE ARE MY LAB POINTS?
I just bought a ton of stuff on TurntableLab.com, but I didn't get any points?
- Points are rewarded after your order is fulfilled (1-3 days, usually 1 day), not when it is placed.
- You must be logged into your Turntable Lab Account at checkout to earn points.
- If you forgot to login or feel like you are missing points, email customerservice@turntablelab.com after you get your order.
When did the Rewards program start? Can I get retroactive points?
We started keeping track of points on February 1, 2016. HOWEVER as a one-time courtesy, we have recently issued points (on 2/12/16) that date back to August 1, 2015.
