  • Hell yeah! The Shenmue soundtrack gets an official vinyl pressing thanks to the good dudes at Data Discs. The game itself was one of the Dreamcast's crown jewels, a ground breaking masterpiece from 1999 that still stands the test of time. Combining elements of action, RPG, and simulation games like no other, Shenmue literally felt like you were living an 80's action martial arts flick! Sega recruited the talents of Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, Ryuji Iuchi, and Osamu Murata to pen the soundtrack which holds its own as a sweeping cinematic epic. No 8-bit bleeps and bloops here, but rather lush orchestral arrangements that bring lifea to Ryo Hazuki's adventures. Features beautifully remastered sound on limited clear blue vinyl with lithographic art print and obi strip. Must-have for the gamers out there.

    • limited edition translucent blue pressing
    • remastered sound
    • lithographic art print included
    • printed obi strip
    • music label: Data Discs 2015
