Lab Overview

Another heapin' helping of potent nugs from the dispensary. Soul Diesel Vol. 2 rounds up even more soul jazz gems, curated by the good folks at Jazz Dispensary. As with volume 1, they keep the quality super high, offering only the heaviest, rarest tracks from the likes of Idris Muhammad, Merl Saunders, Cal Tjader, Billy Butler, Melvin Sparks, and many others. Not going to get into too much detail here as the sound samples really speak for themselves. So put on your smoking jacket, roll up a fatty, and enjoy the finest soul jazz sounds around. This limited RSD 2018 pressing comes on 180 gram opaque orange colored vinyl, complete with remastered from the original tapes for maximum listening pleasure. Housed in custom pic sleeve with custom psychedelic artwork by Danielle Garza to trip out to. Recommended.
