The 5-piece Toronto band describes its sound as "jangle pop," and this 10-tracker, effortlessly held together with quiky, addictive melodies (thanks to Rankin's vocals) and fuzzed out instrumentation, offers a charming, pastel-toned listening experience. There is controlled melancholy underlying the entire project, but the group is able to also exert comfort into its sound—check out "In Undertow," "Dreams Tonite," "Not My Baby," and "Lillipop (Ode To Jim)."
